Ok this could be down to two possible scenarios:-
1) On certain Blackberry handsets you need to do a hard reboot before the phone will recognise the application properly. This is easy to achieve by simply removing the back cover, then removing and replacing the battery. This will force the phone to check all its systems and update its applications database. What you may notice is the phone's security may pop up with a message saying "The application MobileTribe wishes to connect to the Internet, Do you want to allow this? " in this case you must select "Allow" or "OK" (Depending on the options presented by the handset) in order for the application to connect, this will only happen once in each session you load the client. All being well this should allow you to connect
or
2) A large number of BB handsets require you to set up the APN some APN settings are listed in this section of the forum http://forum.mobiletribe.net/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=15&sid=b9769dc16416e21bba254e879f0871a5#p17 more APN information can be found here http://www.opera.com/mini/help/connect/
Your service provider may not allow connection to our services. This can be investigated by contacting us using the contact us form on the website, you can get there by following this link http://www.mobiletribe.net/. If this is the case we will do all we can to get the service made available to you, but in some cases it is down the your service provider to allow access to our services over their network.
I hope this helps you to solve any problems, If you would like any further help the don't hesitate to start a new thread. We are here to help
